ABOUT US

 

The Wainwright Equine Training Society, locally known as the Wainwright Equine Centre or WEC is operated by a VOLUNTEER Board of Directors.

 

We offer: a clean, dry, heated indoor riding arena open to all equine enthusiasts. Regular activities include: public riding, gymkhana, barrel racing, trick riding, jumping, clinics and occasional activities include obstacle fun days. Check out the calendar of events  for activities and timings. If you have a specific equine activity you would like to get started let us know.

The arena is also available for rent for private, club or other functions. Check out our website for rental details.

PARKING

 

All parking is on the east side of the building off of 8th Street. Please contact a board member to receive the door code for the South entrance. Remember to sign in and pay your drop in or membership fee promptly. Thanks for your cooperation.

 

MANURE MANAGEMENT

 

All riders are responsible for cleaning up after their horse(s) inside and outside of the arena. Rakes and tubs are provided. Please dump manure buckets in the dumpster outside.  There is to be no feed inside of the arena.
